House transfer fee 4 parts as following :
1. Cost expense or home loan interest rates
2. Home loan fees
2.1 0-0.5% rates from cost estimation or financier between 2,000 -5,000 Baht or percentage from loan
2.2 Expenses for house transfer
- 1. 500-2,000 Baht for home loan contract fee
- 2. 1% of home loan paid to Department of Lands for mortgage fee
- 3. 2,000-5,000 Baht for Fire Insurance
3. House Transfer expense (Pay by cash)
- 2% of cost estimate or sale price whichever is higher
- 0.5% Tax of sale price or cost estimate whichever is higher in case if possess more than 5 years
- Income tax from ownership upon held a number of years
- 3.3% Tax businesses (if held less than 5 years) from sale price or cost estimate whichever is higher
4. Other expenses
- Fee for electric supply meter
- Fee for water supply meter
- Fee for house registration
- Fee for telephone and internet installation
- Public fee charge for infrastructure paid to property project (if any)
